As a Realtor, I believe it is the skill set and experience of the professional that sets him/her apart from others in the field. Growing up the thirteenth of fourteen children is like receiving a PhD. in conflict resolution. As a graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia and an eighteen year veteran of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department as a Police Officer, Sergeant, and Lieutenant, there is not a situation too stressful that we can't navigate to a successful resolution. Whether it is contract negotiation, neighborhood/market analysis, or organizing all of the facets of a real estate transaction, my adult life was spent preparing for those very moments. I am thrilled and honored to put that skill set to work for you.
About Me
I was born and raised in South St. Louis as the 13th of 14 children. My mother and father instilled in me a strong work ethic and an attitude of leadership through service. Further, they made sure I understood that all big things are made up of many small things and by doing the small things well, I would, in turn, accomplish great goals.
Never was this attitude tested more than in my roles as a husband and father. My wife Erica gave me three beautiful children; Bradly, Elise and Liam. In order to fill these roles to the best of my ability, I needed to learn what it takes to be a great husband and father.
Guess what? I found the secret! Service. Now, I'm not talking about the maid type service (although sometimes it feels that way, Ha!). I'm talking about the service you give when you see someone as so important, that you want to help them accomplish what they've set out to do. Whether I'm helping build a Pinewood Derby car with Bradly, playing house and painting nails with Elise, or helping coach wheelchair Basketball for Liam, I put forth the effort to make each task my masterpiece.
What's the point of me telling you this? The point is, that is what I bring to the table. I bring a desire to serve. The home you are buying or selling is extremely important and I want to ensure that you have the best help available to get it done with as little stress and as few challenges as possible.
As you'll see, or may already know, the home buying and selling process is made up of many small steps. When those small steps are tackled with attention to detail and a standard of accomplishing every small step with excellence, the entire process is positively affected.
